Here are links to some cards which may be printed
and handed out. I made these available in 1998 and hundreds of people
have accessed the cards, in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and
German. The card may be given to a law enforcement agent or anyone
who needs a brief definition of an ataxic condition. The card has
proven helpful to many by providing information in many
situations.
There is NO charge for the cards.
I would like to hear any stories/anecdotes of how the cards have been
used.
